Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 12 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of black pepper
Steps:
- boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, boil the garlic cloves for about 1 minute
- drain the cauliflower and add half of the cauliflowers into the food processor (I just got the Ninja Master Prep Pro and it works pretty well.
- add in half of the avocado, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of black pepper
- spoon out the mixture and add some dill on top
